Birth Doula services include:

• Complementary consultation
• 1 - 2 prenatal visits reviewing birth preferences and coping skills
• 24 hr on-call for your “due month” 38-42 wks gestation.
• Labor support in your home/place of birth when needed
• Postpartum assistance 1 - 2 hrs after birth
• Initial breast/chest feeding support
• Local support referrals
• In-home postpartum visit within first week
